Bob Rabun
Executive Vice President
Bob Rabun has over 30 years of diverse construction experience; he joined Lyle Parks, Jr., Inc. (LPJ) in 1997 as a Project Manager. In 1999 he was promoted to Director of Construction and in 2001 he was again promoted to Vice President/Construction. In 2009 Mr. Rabun was once again promoted to Executive Vice President.
Mr. Rabun is in charge of all construction related activities, responsible for project management and field operations and provides clients a wealth of knowledge, organizational and management skills acquired during his more than 30 year career.
Mr. Rabun's accomplishments at LPJ include acting as project manager on the 200,000 square foot Camarillo Promenade, the 340,000 square foot retail center south of Big League Dreams Sports Park - West Covina Heights, project executive on the 35 acre Downey Landing, managing the massive 850,000 square foot Eastvale Gateway, as well as Westridge Plaza in La Habra, CA which included demolition of existing buildings, abatement, major tree removal and relocation mass grading, site and off-site improvements as well as major Cal Trans street widening.
