Tim Mayeda
President
Tim Mayeda joined Lyle Parks, Jr., Inc. (LPJ) in 1989 as a Project Manager. During this time he managed a wide range of retail projects from new department stores, neighborhood centers, theaters to factory outlet centers. In 1997 Mr. Mayeda was promoted to Chief Operating Officer responsible for project management and field operations. In 1999 Mr. Mayeda was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer.
In 2005 Mr. Mayeda and Mr. Parks developed a succession plan that would redefine Mr. Parks' involvement in the firm while maintaining his level of influence and guidance on the staff. The result was a new entity, Lyle Parks, Jr. Construction. Currently, Mr. Mayeda acts as Managing Partner of LPJ Construction.
Throughout the course of his 25-year career Mr. Mayeda has been involved exclusively with the pre-construction planning and construction of major commercial and retail developments. He applies that expertise as Team-Leader during the pre-construction phase for many of LPJ's Partner-Build projects.
